Times TV Network to launch Movies Now

Part of Zoom Entertainment Network Ltd, the entertainment arm of Times Television Network, Movies Now, will be launched in high definition (HD)

Times Television Network has forayed into the English entertainment genre with the launch of English movie channel Movies Now. The channel will telecast in high definition (HD).

Speaking on the launch of the channel, Vineet Jain, managing director, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd, says, "Times Television Network brings yet another uniquely positioned TV channel to urban India, Movies Now. The channel will give its viewers a whole new experience with stunning pictures in 1080i and awesome 5.1 surround sound. Viewers will get to watch the best of 'Hollywood in HD' for the first time in India."

Movies Now has tied up with some of the best of Hollywood studios to procure some of the big Hollywood titles.

Times Television Network currently operates Times Now, ET Now and Bollywood entertainment channel Zoom.
