The unit has been further strengthened by the appointment of Magali Brisolary from GroupM Search, France as well as Dileep Raj Singh from Google India.

The Delhi operations have also been bolstered with the appointment of Mahepreet Singh, business director. Singh joins the agency with 10 years of experience in the digital space, including stints at ebay, Indiatimes and Khojle.

Commenting on the recent appointments, Bala says, "Good digital talent is a key differentiator in our business and we have been consistently investing in the best available talent in the market. This re-organisation will ensure that the right team is in place to capitalise on the fast growth we have seen in the region."

He adds, "I am sure that the newly appointed and promoted people of Media Contacts will help South and Southeast Asia execute our growth strategy of 3X industry growth in a way that will build long term competitive advantage. In other words, it means deeper skills, lower client and employee attrition and of course, higher profitability."

Nayyar concludes, "Digital has been an important part of our core offer and these developments are reflective of our focus in this area. We want to have India sit as a jewel in the network."
