Affle, a mobile media company and D2 Communications, a subsidiary of NTT Docomo and a mobile advertising company based in Japan, have entered into an agreement to provide mobile advertising solutions to companies across Asia. D2 Communications has also invested in Affle in order to strengthen the relationship and establish a long-term partnership.
He adds, "This tie-up is a validation of what Affle started in the mobile media space in Asia, outside Japan. We are confident that, through this partnership, we will be able to provide a lot more value to our users and partner telecom carriers, publishers and marketers, and create much higher growth for Affle. At the same time, this association will help us to make faster inroads into Japan, which is the largest mobile advertising market in Asia."
Takayuki Hoshuyama, chief executive officer, D2 Communications, comments, "We are glad to be Affle's strategic partner. With D2 Communications having more than 10 years of experience in the field of mobile marketing in Japan, we believe that our case studies in this field will be useful across Asia.
