Madison Media appoints Dnyanada Chaudhari as COO of upcoming Mumbai unit
Chaudhari moves in from ZenithOptimedia, where she served as managing director, West and South; at Madison, Chaudhari will report to Punitha Arumugam, group chief executive officer, Madison Media.
Madison Media has officially announced the appointment of Dnyanada Chaudhari as chief operating officer of a new unit of the agency. The unit, which is to be launched shortly, will be in Mumbai.
At Madison, Chaudhari will report to Punitha Arumugam, group chief executive officer, Madison Media.
Commenting on the appointment, Arumugam says in an official communiqué, "Chaudhari is definitely going to be a great asset for us. Her experience, spanning agency and client media functions, is going to bring a holistic perspective to our services."
Chaudhari says, "I have worked closely with Arumugam during my stint at Marico, and also with Sam Balsara on many industry-related issues. I am happy to be a part of the Madison family and it is a privilege to be groomed under their leadership. I look forward to offer my experience to drive disruptive thinking, and leverage scale and best practices for our clients."
Chaudhari brings to the table 15 years of experience in the media industry. In the past, she has worked with media agencies such as Lodestar and ZenithOptimedia. On the advertiser side, Chaudhari has had experience driving the media mandate for companies such as Hindustan Unilever, Marico and ICICI Prulife.
