In order to strengthen its account leadership, Publicis Capital has appointed Suresh Subramaniam and Harikrishnan Warrier as vice-presidents and business unit heads.
In an official communiqué, Hemant Misra, CEO, Publicis Capital, says, "The induction of Suresh (Subramaniam) and Hari (Warrier) will help Ashutosh Sawhney (Delhi head) steer the Delhi operation to even greater heights."
In his new role, Subramaniam will head the Nestle and United Biscuits businesses, and Warrier will head HP, Cleartip.com, and liquor brand Beam Global.

Subramaniam has more than 17 years of experience and has managed businesses such as Madhya Pradesh Tourism, Sahara Airlines, and Mantra Online. At Percept/H, he was responsible for the Delhi operations, handling businesses such as Hero Honda, Canon, DLF and Bharti. He has earlier worked with agencies such as Capital, Nexus Equity and Milestone.
Warrier, who has an experience of more than 10 years, began his career with JWT (then HTA) on GlaxoSmith Kline's (GSK) health drink brand Horlicks. Subsequently, he moved to Contract Advertising as senior account executive in 2002. After a gap of one year, he moved to Percept/H as account manager. In 2005, he returned to JWT as account director, and handled brands like Boost, Hero Cycles and Cargill Foods.
In 2010, he moved to Dentsu Creative Impact as senior client services director. A year later, he was promoted as assistant general manager and was promoted as general manager in 2011.
