International health and wellness centre Insta Sculpt has roped in digital agency CogMat to handle its digital communication mandate. The win follows a multi-agency pitch that was called in the company's Mumbai office.
On the development, Rachna Sunder, chief operating officer, Insta Sculpt, says, "We met up with a few agencies and finalised on CogMat for our digital media duties. Today, the World Wide Web is a separate world altogether and has an identity of its own. And, to make your niche in this world, one needs to have the best guide, rather path paver to lead you in. We felt that CogMat would be the right choice for this."
CogMat besides chalking out the social media strategy for Insta Sculpt will also focus on Online Reputation Management of the brand as a means to connect with its customers. The brand's social media properties will feature high engagement content as will be encouraged discussions on forums. Search will also form a crucial part of the strategy.
Insta Sculpt is still in the process of finalising a creative agency to take care of its mainline activities.
Sunder states that the company has allocated 10 per cent of its marketing spends towards digital media.
