Mumbai-based Utopeia Communicationz has bagged the creative account of K Raheja Corp. The mandate was won after a multi-agency pitch involving multiple rounds. The incumbant agency is IBD brands, a part of Percept Hakuhodo.
K Raheja Corp is a real estate company, with investments in commercial, residential and hospitality projects, primarily located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune.

The agency's clientele includes brands like Reliance Petro, Reliance Fresh, The Times of India, Axis Bank, Volvo Eicher, Nutrela, Hardware Renaissance, Man Realty, PeriPeri, Biara, Camlin Fine Sciences, Kenneth Cole and SuperDry.
