Jockey has appointed World Wide Open (WWO) as its digital media partner. The mandate was won after a multi-agency pitch. The incumbent was Interactive Avenues which had been handling the account for the past two and a half years.
The agency is now designated to provide crucial brand consulting solutions, including media planning, media buying and content creation. The creative mandate has been assigned to Bengaluru-based Pink Lemonade.
WWO will boost Jockey's online visibility across new media through laudable content, apps, videos and much more.
MC Cariappa, vice president, sales and marketing, Jockey India, says, "World Wide Open and our thinking patterns effortlessly complement each other. Strategic innovation implemented by the agency across the digital sphere is path breaking. Keeping this in mind, we decided to tap into their immense potential and penetrating insight to execute with speed and accuracy."
WWO will have a role to play from a digital and technology perspective in terms of digital store signage, mobile marketing for the brand that connects users of their brand and potential users to connect through social, omni-channel and get-to store. The agency will be responsible for anything in the space of augmented reality, breakthrough innovations, being responsible for continually maintaining the UI, UX of their digital platforms, be it in online, app or any other.
