The agency's first batch of work for the brand will be released during the upcoming T20 World Cup.

DDB Mudra has won the creative duties of adidas following a multi-agency pitch. The account will be handled by the agency's Delhi office. DDB replaces TBWAIndia which bagged the Rs 2-4 crore adidas business in India as part of a global realignment in September 2002, when the agency was called TBWAAnthem.

Sources inform that DDB has finished shooting for a multi-media campaign featuring brand ambassador Virat Kohli. It will be used for the T20 World Cup 2016, to be held in March.

DDB Mudra North's other clients include Aircel, SAP, McVities, Patanjali, Dabur, Mother Dairy, Carrier Midea, Marico, GPI, Experion, and Cisco.

adidas, a German sportswear manufacturer, employs more than 53,731 people in over 160 countries. It claims to produce more than 660 million product units every year and generate sales of 14.5 billion Euros (all figures relate to 2014).
