Zenith, a media agency from the stables of the Publicis Groupe, has retained the media planning and buying mandate of smartphone maker Micromax Informatics. The multi-agency pitch was initiated a few months back.
As per market estimates, the account size is close to Rs 200 crore.
In another development, the brand has appointed Dentsu Aegis Network's Isobar as its digital agency.
Commenting on the account win, Shamsuddin Jasani, managing director, Isobar India, says in a press release, "Micromax is one of the leading brands in its category and a brand which always innovates and comes up with a lot of firsts. We are very happy to have won its digital full-service mandate. We look forward to innovate together and drive the brand forward in digital."
