In a recent development, Uber India has appointed Taproot Dentsu (from the stable of Dentsu Aegis Network) as its creative agency. The news has been confirmed by Uber India's spokesperson. The account was won post a multi-agency pitch.
Previously Uber India worked with BBH India on a project basis. This is the first time the mobile app-based taxi aggregator has hired an agency on a retainer basis.
Last year, BBH India created a digital campaign titled 'Move Forward' for the brand; it was also visible on print and OOH media platforms.
