The agencies empanelled with the Delhi government are AK&I, Pressman Advertising, Sobhagya Advertising, Triton Communications, Lowe, RK Swamy/BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather, Associated, Image Ads, Interpub and Crayons. The final decision on the account is expected around December 15, 2005.

The development has been confirmed by the Information Officer, Delhi government, but she declined to divulge further details on the pitch.

She says, “It’s too early to comment on the communication strategy or on the split among the communication vehicles as we are currently doing our groundwork on all these.”
