One of the interactive features on the site is the Location Map Service, which provides a map of where a property is located, its neighbourhood, the landmarks around the property, nearest school and hospital. Big developers like Parsvnath Developers have their own with micro sites within MagicBricks.com

MagicSMS is another new service available free of cost to the registered users. SMS and News Alerts services on the website let users send a property that matches one's requirement via the site as an SMS. There is also information on laws and taxation from experts in the real estate industry.

“We are taking MagicBricks.com to the next level, creating a product with special focus on navigation, user-friendliness and return on investment for our users, clients and advertisers,” said R. Sundar, President, Times Business Solutions in a statement.
