Rediffusion Y&R has been awarded the creative mandate for real estate brand Bramha Group. The development requires the agency to craft the creatives for the group's real estate business and create an identity for Residency Club, one of its group companies.
Headquartered in Pune, the Bramha Group is a diversified business group that boasts a turnover of more than Rs 2,000 crore. The group's businesses encompass real estate development, hospitality, retail and leisure. Other companies belonging to the group are Bramha Builders, Citizens Sports and Bramha Bazaz Hotels.
With this win, the agency expands its footprints in Pune.
The account will be handled out of Rediffusion's Mumbai office, under the leadership of Bhairavi Naik, business head, Tina Sachdev, creative head, and Vikram Dhaliwal, planning head.
Rediffusion bagged this account based on its credentials and the work that it has churned out in the past.
Commenting on the win, Naik conveys in an official communiqué, "Our history of long-term strategic alliances with our clients and in-depth understanding of the consumer have been key factors when it comes to our business wins."
She adds that the goal now is to partner with the Bramha Group in its aggressive growth plans, and establish a brand name that holds true to the group's core values.
