Law & Kenneth notches up Hyatt Regency, Mumbai, as well

Law & Kenneth will handle both the creative and media duties for the hotel; the size of the account is estimated to be Rs 3 crore

Following the Park Hyatt account, the Hyatt Group has aligned the Hyatt Regency, Mumbai, business also with Law & Kenneth. The agency will handle both the creative and media duties for the hotel. The incumbent agency was Focus Communications. The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 3 crore.

Speaking to agencyfaqs!, Anil Nair, COO, Law & Kenneth, says, “Earlier, we were given the creative duties for the Park Hyatt and that campaign caught the client’s eyes. We were asked to make a presentation for the new account, and the business was awarded to us.”

The media mix will have mostly press and direct mailers, including activations such as various relationship programmes. The campaign will aggressively target the airline and travel sectors. And the communications will be crafted, keeping Indian festivals and holidays in mind.

Nair adds, “Hyatt Regency is a business hotel and also one of Mumbai’s airport hotels. So, the occupancy reach is quite high. However, the mandate is to highlight also the other aspects of the hotel, such as food and beverages and its health club and banquet services.”

For the record, Hyatt is one of the leading hotel chains in India with hotels in the metropolises of Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.
