Joshi was earlier with Grey Worldwide, Mumbai, where she headed strategic planning
Soela Joshi has been appointed director, national content planning, for Big 92.7FM. Joshi, who will report to Anand Chakravarthy, national marketing head, will be responsible for the the overall content strategy at the radio station.
Commenting on Joshi’s appointment, Chakravarthy says, “Soela’s rich and vast experience in strategic planning will work wonderfully for Big 92.7FM.” He highlighted the fact that in a field where content planning plays a vital role, Joshi will be of immense use.

Joshi did her Master’s in business administration from the University of Mumbai and started her career in advertising with Lowe in 1998 as an accounts executive. She spent five years with Lowe and then, in 2003, moved to Triton as strategic planner. In 2006, Joshi moved to Grey Worldwide, Mumbai, where she worked as head, strategic planning.
In her nine-year career, Joshi has handled brands such as Fair & Lovely, Clinic Plus, Marico, Fortune, Parle G, Frooti, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Diageo, Anne French and IOC.
