A complaint was filed by the chief of the Delhi Commission for Women, who accused the brand of promoting toxic masculinity and rape culture through their ads.

The apology mentioned that the ad had cleared approvals and didn't intend to hurt anybody's sentiments or outrage a woman's modesty.

ASCI and MIB have taken action against the ads which were made by the brand's in-house creative team.
