Grey’s Prathap Suthan bags Super Achiever Award

The Indira Group of Institutes honours marketing and advertising professionals with the Super Achiever Awards

This year, Prathap Suthan, national creative director, Grey Worldwide, has been conferred the Indira Super Achiever Award instituted by the Indira Group of Institutes.

Every year, the Indira Group of Institutes honours working professionals from various industries and sectors with the Super Achiever Awards.

Besides Suthan, Sanjeev Mohanty, director, sales and marketing, Benetton India; Kalyan Paul, director, marketing, JK Tyres; and Satish Sharma, chief, India operations, Apollo Tyres, have also been felicitated. In the past, Ravi Balakrishnan (Balki) and Prasoon Joshi have been conferred this award.

The Super Achiever Award aims at recognising professionals who have excelled and ‘made a difference’ to their corporation. Says a spokesperson from the Indira Group of Institutes, “The award aims at identifying professionals who have made high contribution value to the organisations they serve. The selection criteria to be announced a winner are many. For starters, there should not be much written about the professionals in the media for all the nominees. There should be a track record of credibility, achievement, performance and value contribution to the business. All these factors help us pick the real super achievers. After a great deal of research, we selected the list of professionals to be honoured with this award for 2006.”

For the record, Suthan is the man behind campaigns like ‘India Shining’ (2004) and ‘Incredible India’ (2005).
