Tushar Vyas, Anuj Dahiya quit Group M’s Interaction

Interaction, the digital agency of Group M (which started off as mOne in 2003), has witnessed two senior-level departures admist possibilities of a third.

Tushar Vyas, who was national director at Interaction, has quit the company, as has Anuj Dahiya, who was business director. There are also unconfirmed reports that Sanchit Sanga, also business director, is quitting Interaction.

Confirming his move to agencyfaqs, Vyas said, “Yes, I have left Group M but I have not finalised my next destination.” He added that he was on a break, and denied reports that he was starting his own venture. “I am looking for another position,” he said. The news was first reported by ContentSutra on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Anuj Dahiya has joined ValueFirst, a mobile data services company, as country head, sales. Dahiya, who was handling clients such as Hero Honda, Sony Ericsson, Indiatimes Travel, ABN Amro and GE Money at Interaction, says, “It is just a coincidence that I and Tushar have moved out of Interaction at the same time and it’s not a combined move.”

When contacted, Sanga neither denied nor confirmed that he was leaving Group M. “It is not certain but yes, I am speaking to companies, including Group M,” was his cryptic reply. The statement that he is “talking” to Group M indicates that internal negotiations may be on.
