Aaj Tak’s Alok Kumar Rakshit joins ETC as vice-president, national sales
Rakshit has ten years’ experience in sales and marketing in organisations such as ‘The Times of India’, Channel 4 FM Radio, UAE, and Aaj Tak
Alok Kumar Rakshit, senior manager, western sales, Aak Tak, has joined ETC as vice-president, national sales. Rakshit has replaced Subramanian Iyer in ETC. He will be reporting to Vikas Gupta, director, finance, and business head, ETC.
Speaking to agencyfaqs!, Gupta says, “Rakshit has a wide array of industry experience and I am sure he will give a boost to the overall ad sales and the organisation in general. His main challenge will be to market our product in this highly competitive scenario.”
Rakshit, a science graduate from Bombay University, also holds a diploma in mass communication from Xavier’s Institute, Mumbai. He has ten years’ experience in sales and marketing in organisations such as ‘The Times of India’, Channel 4 FM Radio, UAE, and Aaj Tak.
