Leo Burnett’s Jiten Bhagat joins Law and Kenneth as associate vice-president

Bhagat has been in the advertising sector for nearly a decade now

Jiten Bhagat, brand director, Leo Burnett, has joined Law and Kenneth as associate vice-president.

Confirming this development to agencyfaqs!, Anil Nair, COO, Law & Kenneth, says, “Bhagat will mandate the ITC business. He will head the team that has been specifically created to handle the ITC accounts. At present, under the ITC flagship, we have the Essenza Di Wills account. We are also working on some developmental projects, but cannot name them now.”

Jiten Bhagat, a management student from ITM, Mumbai, started his career with Grey in 1996. After serving the agency for five years, he moved to Interface Communications.

Prior to Law & Kenneth, Bhagat’s last assignment was with Leo Burnett, where he worked for two years as brand director.

In his career span, Bhagat has worked on several prestigious brands such as Pantene, Kotak Mahindra, Marico, Mahindra & Mahindra, P&G and Johnny Walker.

An enthused Bhagat says, “As a brand, ITC is extremely prestigious, and I am slated to spearhead the team that will work on this account. My profile in this agency is quite challenging as my role goes beyond just typical brand work and I will also be involved in general management.”
